Knives Out was undoubtedly a huge box office success for creator and director Rian Johnson. He even hinted at the possibility of a sequel back in 2019 and so now we have Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
That's also largely due to Netflix buying the rights to TWO sequels for $469 million.
This movie is a standalone sequel to Knives Out with Daniel Craig reprising his role as Benoit Blanc, a master detective taking on a new case.
Assembling yet another impossibly wonderful cast, the film stars a whole new set of Hollywood A-Listers including Edward Norton, Kathryn Hahn, Janelle Monáe, Jessica Henwick, Leslie Odom Jr., Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista.
Filmed in Greece, this is just as good as the first movie, if not better. It's the perfect murder mystery with a great cast and script, has plenty of twists and turns, with a healthy dose of comedy thrown in for good measure.
