Since the beginning of the tale, Godzilla had been perceived as a destructive beast and the ultimate predator on our planet. His creation was actually intended for the metaphor of nuclear weapons which is understandable as Godzilla origins from Japan.
In 2014 however, the tale took a turn and Godzilla was portrayed in a different light. Rather than being the tormenter to humans, our race finds an unlikely hero when other beats like Godzilla come to rain havoc on the surface world. These giant reptilians will fight for territory, power and to be crowned the alpha monster. The beats we saw in the last Godzilla were apparently ‘the tip of the iceberg', who knows what will rise up next.
The graphics work on the monsters looks extraordinary, as it was in the first film. Godzilla: King of the Monsters will be in cinemas May 2019, hopefully, we can handle the monsters until then. As well as the new trailer, here is the final scene from last time.
